Summary: A wonderful property with an outstanding team. Special kudos to the spa staff who were exceptionally caring and professional throughout my stay. The villa itself was impressive—spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed. However, it was incredibly disappointing to find that the private pool was not heated, making it completely unusable. Had I known in advance that the water would be so cold, I would have chosen a different type of room. A missed opportunity in an otherwise excellent experience.
