Only minutes away from downtown Gunnison, it's easy to ride your bike to town or to the many biking trails around, including Hartman Rocks and the Van Tuyle Loop and less than a mile away from the Regional Gunnison Airport for an easy commute.
Enjoy drinking your coffee on the spacious deck. Then after grilling steaks on the propane grill, enjoy sitting with a drink in front of the fire pit whilst relaxing in the comfortable Adirondack chairs beside the river on a chilly evening.
