Positive: Wasn't expecting an executive suite and lovely to get a card and chocolates as celebrating our anniversary. Was worried about parking and the staff sorted a reserved space. Very helpful on check in with bags. Really lovely staff and gorgeous comfortable, well equipped room. Thank you. Will stay again :) Great that the check out was 12noon especially when staying only one night.
