The Sunset Suite is a private country home overlooking the rolling hills toward Seneca Lake. The location is off the beaten path yet central to the lakes, Watkins Glen, Trumansburg and Ithaca. Guests can experience the calm of the countryside while being five minutes from the wine trail and surrounding beauty of the Finger Lakes.
The 1000-square-foot home sits on two acres of hillside facing west, bringing in the sun’s light and warmth for most of the day. The space is temperature controlled by a mini-split air conditioner and heat pump, ceiling fans and cool, porcelain tile. The bedroom provides an organic queen mattress, organic cotton sheets, soft linens and plenty of closet space for belongings. Guests have the option to watch TV (Roku, Netflix) from the bed or blackout the room for uninterrupted sleep.
