Positive: We felt very well taken care of by the host. During a storm in the Chiang Mai area, he thoughtfully provided us with a flashlight and batteries, which made us feel safe and comfortable. He was always quick to respond to any request, and his kindness and attentiveness truly added to our stay. Thank you so much!
Negative: Overall, the stay had some positive aspects, but there were also a few things that could be improved. The kitchen was equipped only with very basic utensils, and the knives were not practical for cooking, which made meal preparation a bit challenging. The furniture and bedding showed signs of heavy use, which did not fully match the impression given by the apartment’s rating online. Additionally, on some days there was a strong sewage odor in the area. I realize this may be beyond the host’s control, but it did affect the overall experience.
