Welcome to the heart of our home, where the journey begins in the thoughtfully appointed kitchen, leading you to a spacious back deck and yard. Here, breathtaking views of the Bay unfold before you, including sights of the Glenora ferry on its route.
The outdoor space is equipped with comfy seating, a BBQ and a fire pit area for your enjoyment.
Inside, continue your exploration to discover a large separate dining room that comfortably seats eight.
To the right, a cozy living room awaits, featuring a TV and an antique fireplace for relaxing evenings.
For your convenience, there is also a full bathroom on the main floor.
As you ascend the grand staircase to the second floor, the charm of the estate continues to unfold.

Bedroom #1: A queen bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and a private balcony offering serene views of the Bay of Quinte.
