Summary: I was underwhelmed by the quality of the hotel. It felt like somewhere which had been very good but was now being left to get worse. Some of the staff were helpful but others were a bit dismissive. My double room it was very difficult to get round the bed to get to the bathroom and I had to be moved into this room because the door handle fell off in the previous room
