The interior of this property and it's facade are literally a National Historical Landmark (#74 if you want to look it up) , and several of it's original features still exist from 1882!

Everything above the ground floor. The area under the back patio however belongs to the hat shop below, and is NOT part of your property, and is only for throwing away trash and for emergency exit purposes. Thanks!
