This is a small older house that is a perfect place to rest. There is a full kitchen with an eat-in table. This is a fully furnished home with washer and dryer. The beds are all memory foam. We do allow pets but there is an additional $125 pet cleaning fee.

Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.c@m will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 4 but we allow up to a maximum of 5 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 5th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
