Please note the apartment is located in a duplex. It is located in lower westside buffalo, there is street parking, please be aware of that prior to booking. No detergent is provided.
We have one parking spot available on the driveway, but it is on a first come first serve basis with the lower portion of the duplex.
We have not had any instances regarding the safety of our guests but please note that Lower West Buffalo is an up and coming neighbourhood. We will not allow a cancelation after arrival due to the area looking "unsafe". It is a diverse neighbourhood, not dangerous, not illegal, but do expect different ethnicities living around the house.
Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply.
