There are few places anywhere which can match the dynamics of intimacy you'll find here.

For your larger group, gather round the campfire and share stories together. Or take a walk down the hill and along the Gunnison River. You'll find grills to cook on and plenty of seating for everybody!

When you're ready to call it a night, everybody has their own private spaces, unconnected to the others. Each Tiny House is unique, full of soul, and in pristine condition.

This location is an ideal launching pad for everything on Colorado's Western Slope. There is easy access to both entrances of The Black Canyon of The Gunnison National Park (appx 40 mins to each). We are also a mere 30 minutes drive to the visitors center on The Grand Mesa, the largest flat-top mountain in the world, and the coolest thing you haven't heard about in CO yet.

This property is so stinking cool, y'all. I just have to tell you. When I came out here, it was on a COVID pressure release trip. Just to get away. I fell in love with the area and fell in love with the property. There is a super strong resonance and vibration about the place which really can make one attached to it super quickly. Can't really explain it. And I'm pretty disinclined toward that kind of woowoo. But it's here. It's strong. And I'm sharing. Come feel for yourselves. This place makes magic and memories. I promise!

Each of the three Tiny Houses has it's own specific lock and code. All of the access information will be provided in advance of your check-in date. It will include everything you will need for a seamless check-in.

We look forward to welcoming you to the physical location from our virtual location. We have keypad locks so you'll be able to check-in and check-out without needing a person or permission.

All of our communication will come through the AirBnB messenger. You will be able to get all the necessary info you need, and I'll keep my phone close to answer any questions you may have along the way.

Welcome to Delta County! This quiet corner of Colorado is a gem few people find. Featuring a close by Natural Park and the largest flat-top mountain in the world.

There is lots to see and do in Delta County and we'd be happy to provide recommendations for whatever you're into.

You're going to want to bring your own wheels out here. There are some beautiful walks to take right outside of the property, but walking distance doesn't really apply from place to place.

We do accept pets into two of the units. The third unit (The Green Fish) is just too hard to clean after pets. We do charge a $50/PET/STAY fee. The fee is charged after your booking is finalized. Please announce your pets in your initial messaging.

The property is smoker friendly, however there is NO smoking inside whatsoever. Marijuana is also ok, but also not okay inside. Please, no use of illegal drugs whatsoever on site.

This property is one of respect for our fellow humans. I eagerly welcome all people of all races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientation/id, politics, etc. None of that matters here. Everybody is welcome. If your money is green and your attitude good, that's what I need to know.

Hunters and travelers- Guns or other weapons must stay LOCKED IN YOUR VEHICLE. Please do not bring into any of the units.
