Summary: We were there for 4 nights and our room didn't get cleaned once. We had to ask for towels twice. They came in the night before we left to pick up old towels and fluffed our pillows but didn't clean the sink or the tub. The stairs going up to the second floor were filthy. I will not be staying there again for $350 USD per night.
