Our unique property offers a serene retreat with a terrace, free private parking, and breathtaking views. You'll also have the pleasure of being adjacent to an organic garden and a small outdoor firepit BBQ grill, making it a perfect spot for outdoor dining.
This sustainable vacation home comprises one bedroom, a self-contained basic shower and toilet, a small kitchen, and laundry facilities. While mobile reception is limited, please note that we do not provide WiFi. Our primary aim is to provide a place where you can relax, unwind, and simply enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.
From our deck, equipped with basic outdoor furniture, you can take in the rolling hills below and savor the splendid views.

Step into a cozy and sunlit space with captivating cream off-white ceiling drapery. The decor boasts warm shades of gold, yellow, orange, and natural brown hues, complemented by large old-fashioned windows crafted from recycled timber and materials.
Our tiny house is ideal for couples, close friends, and solo travelers. Please keep in mind that this space is not suitable for children or pets, as it is quite compact.
It's important to remember that this space is TINY. We recommend guests pack lightly, leaving their suitcases stored in their vehicles, as space gets limited quickly. Embrace the minimalist off-grid living experience without the clutter.

We offer a minimal kitchen area equipped with a microwave oven, toaster, electric frypan (stored), blender, a complete set of kitchenware, cups, mugs, plates, a full cutlery drawer with BBQ utensils, a medium-sized refrigerator and freezer, and a delightful selection of Australian and relaxing teas, coffee, milk, and a kettle.
In terms of safety, our area experiences few, if any, break-ins, and locals feel very secure living here. If you'd like to request a late checkout depending on incoming guests, please don't hesitate to message us either prior to or upon booking.
On sunny weekends and school holidays, the family sometimes sells homemade Old Fashioned Lemonade from the front driveway, so be sure to give it a try!

The views are simply unforgettable, especially at sunset, when the night sky unveils a myriad of stars. As you gaze westward over the Australian wilderness and into the outback, you'll be captivated by the beauty of it all.
On tranquil summer evenings, you might hear the distant sounds of running water from Kondalilla Waterfall & Rock Pools amidst the gentle hum of local wildlife. The Rockpools, a popular swimming destination, are a quick five-minute drive away, with a picturesque rainforest walk taking around 25 minutes. Keep in mind that the edges can be slippery, so be cautious, watch for warning signs, and never jump in unless you're certain it's safe, as it is a national park where dogs are not permitted.
Our property boasts an abundance of native wildlife, including black and white cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies, rainbow lorikeets, eagles, hawks, red finches, butterflies in every imaginable color, and even flying foxes (harmless fruit bats), among many other species, all within arm's reach of our naturally breathtaking perch atop a lookout.
Every direction you turn your camera is a postcard-worthy shot! We've had both professional and amateur photography enthusiasts capture the beauty of our property.
Situated just off a primary tourist route that serves the entire hinterland, you may experience a bit of traffic noise on weekends. However, guests have rarely reported any concerns about this, and inside the Tiny House, it's especially quiet and peaceful.
