Adorable TINY HOUSE (about 225 sf). Fully furnished all bills paid including basic cable and high speed wifi. Private fenced yard. Conveniently located only 4.9 miles from the Medical Center and only 4.7 miles to downtown. This is perfect for traveling nurses, students or any corporate travelers. We allow dogs! There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st dog 40 lbs or under and $100 more over 40 lbs. We have a 2 dog max. Second dog is an additional $100. Free laundry facility at our nearby property just 1 mile away. We do not have a stove, but we DO provide an electric double burner to cook on as well as pots, pans, utensils, glassware, linens, towels, and a starter kit of toiletries. We also provide a toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, blender and refrigerator. MOVING TO SA??? Raquel is also a realtor. We offer a moving package if needed.
