2 Bedroom House in Rosceto, todi
Detached house at the entrance of the village of Rosceto, with a fenced plot of 2500sqm, a wonderful panorama of the valley and the quiet of the Umbrian countryside. The house develops on a ground floor of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room. There is also a basement floor being completed.
The external land is partly a gravel square, partly a lawn: an area is flat, an area is steep, the property being on top of a hill. The position makes it perfect for those who love light, because it is kissed by the sun at any time of day, from sunrise to sunset. With the exception of the area shaded by the large oak from which the property itself partly takes its name.
The fence allows you to leave any four-legged companions to run around in the garden in complete safety; the access gate is automatic, equipped with a remote control.
Externally the lights come on automatically at dusk to go off in the morning. But you can turn them off manually if you don't want them to filter light from the blinds ... or to admire the stars!
For those with children, at home there are two high chairs for baby food, a protective side to be applied to the bed and a bed-side cot on request. The access stairs to the basement are protected by a security gate, and the external balustrades protected with an electro-welded mesh.
There are games suitable for children under three years, and board games for older children.
For your furry friends there is a maxi bed, which you can also take outside for their joy, and two large bowls for water and food.

There is a 40 inch television in front of a sofa. And if you like falling asleep in front of the TV, the sofa can be opened and transformed into a double bed (additional sheets are made available in the bedroom wardrobe).

The kitchen is equipped, among other things, with an espresso machine, a toaster, a mixer, a microwave, a juicer and a juicer for healthy food lovers.
