STANDARD CHECKOUT TIME : 10am
EARLY CHECKIN: Early check-in is possible from 9am if the apartment is available. If guests are leaving the same day, luggage drop-off and key pick-up can be arranged from 10am at the property but you will not be able to return to the apartment until the cleaning has been completed at 2pm standard checkin time.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional fees will apply for checkins after 8pm. No check-ins between 1am and 9pm. If you require a very early check-in or late check out we recommend you reserve the night before/after to ensure availability. LATE CHECK IN FEES: 8pm - midnight 30€. AFTER MIDNIGHT 40€. These fees are payable in cash to your greeter upon arrival.

Situated in an elegant 1960’s building, this 3rd floor studio with lift is newly renovated, spacious and ideally organized. Consisting of an entrance hall, a main living/dining room with big double windows and bedroom area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with window, full beautifully decorated bathroom with bathtub and window, you’ll immediately feel at home in this comfortable, modern and well equipped environment. Suitable for 2 guests and persons with disabilities. Linens are provided along with towels for your convenience.
Queen sized double bed, dining table, sofa, flat screen TV, high speed broad band internet/wifi, free local and international calls to landlines. Bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub. Kitchen equipped with sink, hot plates, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer(?) and breakfast table.
Rue Tolbiac has a full array of shopping amenities and is well serviced by public transport with metro stations Tolbiac on Line 7 and Place d’Italie on line 6, Cité Universitaire on RER B, and Poterne des Peupliers on Tram 3A. All very central, very easy to use. Bus services include 64, 27, and there are several “Velib” bicycle stations.
