The popular Nelson Bay main street, boasting clothing boutiques, variety of restaurants, cafes and clubs is less than a 15-minute drive.
This spectacular Soldiers Point home is located in one of the most sought after, quiet residential streets on the peninsula. Walking through the front door of Vista, you will instantly be mesmerised by the stunning views, elegance, and bright and welcoming feel.
On the entry level is the hub of the property, this is where you will find the expansive kitchen, dining, and main living area with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors to let the natural breeze flow through and abundance of natural light fill the room. The living area has a wall mounted Smart TV and comfortable stylish furnishings, split system air conditioner and sliding doors leading out onto the balcony with incredible water views.
Slide open the doors, enjoy a drink, and appreciate the ideal nor-east facing position looking over the water. There is also a courtyard with alfresco dining facilities, this area is the perfect canvas for relaxation and socialising.
