The nearby Castle grounds have a children's playground, the beaches are popular for swimming and water sports, and the promenade is perfect for relaxing, enjoying an ice-cream and watching the glorious sunsets. From November to February, the town pier is the place to watch the spectacular starling murmuration.
Walkers have easy access to Ceredigion Coast Path straight from the door, with miles of beautiful scenery to enjoy and the chance to spot the resident bottlenose dolphins, seals and seabirds or stroll around Penglais Woods in the town. There are 2 cycle trails to explore and a secure garage for bike storage.
