MONTHLY RENTAL (Minimum 31 days): One bedroom townhouse in west Phoenix (two blocks from Glendale) in quiet community with swimming pool. Only 2.6 miles to University of Phoenix stadium, Dodgers and White Sox spring training facility, as well as Westgate shopping and entertainment area. (Also not far from other west side spring training facilities and Phoenix Intl Raceway). Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Phoenix by freeway.
On second level: Bedroom w/ queen bed and lots of closet space; full bathroom with tub and shower; and compact washer/dryer
On first level: Living room w/ tv, dvd, wifi and Netflix, 2 recliners and sofa; dining area, kitchen, and half bath on main level. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven.
Small patio in backyard with privacy fence. Short walk to the pool. One reserved, covered parking space.
Owner uses the unit from time to time and is allergic to pets and smoke. So, please NO PETS and NO SMOKING in the unit.
