Positive: Very Spacious and Budget friendly apartment with nice view to tram depot. kitchen was good, apartment was clean and tidy.

Negative: Apartment was on 4th floor and carrying luggage and kid accessories without elevator was tedious. Building conditions seems outdated which is opposite of well condition of the apartment.
