Kelso Beach Rentals has been providing quality private cottage rentals along Lake Erie since 1994. Erie is Pennsylvania’s fourth largest city and is located on beautiful Presque Isle Bay. The bay is one of the world’s best protected harbors, surrounded by a seven mile peninsula which is a state park known as Presque Isle State Park. The park boasts amenities such as seven miles of public, guarded beaches, rollerblading trails, boat rentals, biking and hiking in a 3,200 acre natural wildlife preserve and park. All of our cottages are located within a 15 mile radius of Presque Isle State Park.

**6. Pet Supervision:**
- Pets should not be left unattended in the property at any time.
- For the safety of your pet and the preservation of our home, please crate your pet if they must be left alone momentarily.
**7. Damage Responsibility:**
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
- A pre-authorization deposit of $200 will be held for potential damages. This deposit is refundable post-inspection at checkout.
**8. Areas Off-Limits to Pets:**
- Pets are not allowed on furniture including beds and sofas.
- Specific areas such as swimming pools or certain outdoor areas may be off-limits to pets. These will be clearly marked.
**9. Special Requests and Exceptions:**
- If you have pets other than small dogs, or if you have any special requests or needs, please discuss them with us in advance. We are open to accommodation on a case-by-case basis, pending approval.
**10. Violation of Pet Policy:**
- Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional charges or, in severe cases, may require you to find alternative accommodations for your pet or vacate the property.
- Additional cleaning fees of up to $250 may apply if pet waste or excessive pet hair is found in the home.
