Modern, light-filled, newly renovated A-Frame tucked amongst the treetops. Get whisked away to your own magical retreat on the mountain perfect for a romantic getaway, a chance for old friends to reunite, or family vacation with the kiddos.
Cook up a feast in our well-appointed kitchen, unwind by the wood burning fireplace inside, or cuddle up around the fire-pit on the expansive deck.
Plus, enjoy access to the lake (Lake Rights!), hiking trails, great restaurants, and shopping areas nearby.
From the moment you enter the house into the open-beamed ceiling, 2-story window-walled great room, you will instantly know why this is our "happy place". Each room is unique in its design, yet ties into the overall esthetic of the house decor. We've poured our hearts into this labor of love and are so excited to share it with you.
The main floor boasts a wonderful flow with its open floor plan. The beautifully updated, well-appointed kitchen with seats at the breakfast bar flows into a formal dining area with a large table, seating 8 comfortably. Plenty of room to gather around the wood burning fire and cuddle up for movie night with the wall mounted Smart TV.
Open up the sliding doors to walk out into nature and relax on one of the Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine or enjoy your morning coffee amongst the trees. The entertaining deck has a Weber 4-burner propane grill to elevate your grilling game. Then continue your dining experience outside on the deck at our large farm table. Cap off your night by sitting around the fire pit under the stars.
There is 1 large bedroom on the main floor with a Queen Bed, dresser, and double closet. Plus, 1 Full bathroom (with shower).
The upstairs (2nd floor) has 2x large bedrooms, each with high open-beamed ceilings and a queen bed. There is also a desk/dedicated work space in one of the bedrooms for those times you need to break away and get down to business.
A Jack-and-Jill Full Bathroom (with large walk-in shower) is shared between the two bedrooms.
Head down to the lower level "basement" for another great space to cuddle up on a large comfy couch and watch your favorite movies on our 55" wall mounted HDTV w/ Apple TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube TV, Disney +, HBO, Apple TV+, etc). Or break out one of our many puzzles or board games. If you happen to have little ones- we have you covered. We’ve created a dreamy, enticing space for them to explore, with soft toys and special books.
There is also a bunkbed (twin on top, full on bottom) for additional guests.

*Wood burning fireplace - w/ introductory bundle of wood to get you started. Guests have access to the entire house. There is one keypad locked interior door in the basement that is off limits that leads to our storage/buildup area.
Otherwise, make yourself at home and enjoy all that the Treehouse Retreat has to offer. Other details to note: *WINTER WEATHER SNOW: Lake Arrowhead is prone to getting snow accumulation in the winter months. 4WD vehicles are recommended and carrying SNOW CHAINS is a MUST. Please be prepared as the roads can get slippery and icy. Thankfully, we have a level entry driveway, so you won't be parking on a dangerous slope. We clear driveways and pathways to the doors, however, there is no mid-stay snow shoveling service. We provide access to shovels if necessary.
*GUESTS: Only the guests on the confirmed reservation are allowed on the property / in the cabin. Extra guests must be approved by owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.
*Off Street Parking only on our driveway. There are 3 spaces available.
*QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am We are located in a great mountain community with many neighbors that live here year round. Please be respectful, especially when enjoying our wonderful outdoor space as voices carry very easily.
*Please be aware there is a SINGLE STEP DOWN from the main wrap around deck to the large side entertaining deck area (dining table, chairs, couch, fire pit, and grill). There is an automatic under-step strip light that illuminates from dusk until dawn for added safety.
*One bundle of firewood is provided for your first night. Additional wood is available for purchase nearby at the Mountain High Market in Twin Peaks or most grocery stores.
