True Beachblock townhouse, no streets to cross to beautiful beach. Great Townsends Inlet location. 2 Master Suites with private bathrooms and decks. Large, private fenced in yard with modern outdoor shower.. One bedroom has 3 single beds and a private deck. Great Ocean view from living room deck with umbrella table, seating for 6 and Weber grill and great sunsets. 6th house from beach. Unit has bonus room with sectional. Summary: the house location was excellent and in general was in good condition however the bed that was ln the jr master bedroom as a QUEEN was only a full The cleaning service did not do a good job garbage was left in pails and debris was under twin beds there were a number of items that seem to be neglected in maintaining a well kept house :: quite a few slots on vertical blind shades were missing allowing sun to enter kitchen faucet need attention as it did not swing into positon easily shower in outdoor shower was cloged also lavatory in jr master was slow draining bar B Q grill grilll worked but should be replaced
