Turnstones is a beautifully refurbished five bedroom house, situated on the outskirts of Lelant Village, with a private garden and on-site parking for one car.
Just a short stroll from the gorgeous long stretch of golden sands at Porthkidney, the RSPB Hayle Estuary Nature Reserve, Turnstones is a great base for exploring West Cornwall. This modern family home has an enclosed patio area with a fire pit and outside seating. This dog friendly holiday home is perfect for your family escape.
The large open planned living and dining room creates the best place for you and your family and friends to relax. With a built-in electric fire and a large wall mounted smart TV, you can kick your feet up on either one of the two comfortable sofas and unwind.
For anyone who may need some quiet time or a space to work during your holidays, there is an office off the hallway. Alternatively, it is packed with lots of fun games, including a PS4, and an array of books. With this much variety, we are sure you will find something to fill your time whilst you are not exploring.
This home away from home has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need to conjure up your family meals. There is a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, perfect for those morning coffees in the sunshine on the patio.
The large dining table seats ten, with windows surrounding it, the airy and contemporary room is the perfect base to catch up with family and friends.
There is a further breakfast bar with seating for two in the kitchen.
Turnstones also has a separate utility room with a washing machine and WC.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a luxury king size bed with built-in wardrobe and dressing table. There is also an en-suite with shower, WC and hand wash basin.
There are two further double bedrooms located on this floor, both with ample storage.
On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with a king-sized bed with flatscreen TV and ample storage. Across the hall is a children’s bedroom with two single beds and ample storage.
Turnstones has three bathrooms. There are two family bathrooms, both fitted with a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Off the master bedroom is an en-suite with shower, WC and hand wash basin.
In addition, there is a cloakroom on the ground floor with WC and hand wash basin.
The enclosed outside area is fitted with sumptuous outdoor furniture and a table that also acts as a fire pit. The idyllic place to relax and unwind on a summer’s day or while away the evening with cocktails and stories of a day well spent exploring Cornwall.
