Positive: The natural scenery is absolutely stunning. While the sandy beach with its crystal-clear water is beautiful, the other side of the cove is even better for snorkelling and swimming. The staff are well organised, friendly, and efficient. The variety and quality of the food in the main restaurants are both excellent, offering plenty of choice throughout the stay. Kids club and playground was good for our toddler.
Negative: Don’t expect well-known international brands for alcoholic drinks such as whisky or vodka. Apart from the local spirits, the hotel mainly uses lower-end, lesser-known brands for cocktails. The rooms could benefit from some renovation. While all the essential amenities, such as the air conditioning and TVs, worked well, the décor feels dated, and our bathroom had some worn silicone seals. The aqua park is located at the top of the hill and feels quite disconnected from the main hotel facilities. There is no convenient shuttle or guided lift access, which makes it less accessible. Finding an available sunbed on the beach after around 10–11 a.m. can be highly difficult. Although the beach is spacious and there are plenty of sunbeds, the hotel still felt overcrowded, and the beach area could be managed more efficiently. On one occasion, the beach showers had no running water without any prior notice for more than a few hours.
Summary: Amazing natural scenery
