Stepping into this house from the front portico, you will first notice the open floor plan encompasses the family room, kitchen, and dining tables, perfect for gathering family and friends together.
You will find a well appointed kitchen with a grind and brew type coffee maker, air fryer, electric kettle, all the conveniences of home are available for your use.
Premium mattresses and high-quality, sturdy furniture throughout, ensuring a good night's rest and comfort for your family and guests. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and loft upstairs.
The spacious master bedroom is fitted with a king bed with premium Sterns and Foster mattress for ultimate sleeping comfort. Two Barca Loungers and TV give you a casual relaxation space all your own. The master incudes a large walk-in closet and chest of drawers for roomy storage. Enjoy the privacy of the ensuite bathroom with tub.
The additional 2 bedrooms downstairs are joined by a short hallway with the bathroom in between. The bathroom is equipped with a relaxing JETTED soaking tub and luxury large fluffy spa towels.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a grand queen bed. Bedroom 2 boasts a lush king bed. Both with a large dresser and large closet for abundant storage.
Make your way upstairs to find the 4th bedroom. This is a great family room with a comfortable king bed plus a bunk bed (2 stacked twins, *please no adults on the top bunk*). It connects to the ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a huge closet.
There are 2 more twin beds on the loft with a game table and plenty of cards and family games for your entertainment. Twin beds are fitted with premium memory foam mattresses.
Outside, you will find a fenced in backyard for the safety of your pets and children plus a generous driveway. If more parking is needed, street parking is allowed and parking in the side grass is possible as well.
