Situated on acres of land with breathtaking views of the Sou’West River, these two cottages that are located on the same lot are a real treasure. Whether you are looking to spend time relaxing on the deck or exploring the beaches, golf and all that the North Shore has to offer, Broadview and Heritage Hill Cottages are the perfect place to call your home away from home while on PEI.
Broadview Cottage is the newer cottage of the two. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with an A/C unit in the main area, propane fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright spacious living room with a wide selection of books and a SmartTV. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the master bedroom also has a queen bed with patio doors to the wrap-around deck. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to help you keep cool at night.
Heritage Hill is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage filled with character and history. The first bedroom is on the main floor and has 2 twin beds. The second bedroom is located in the upper loft area offering spectacular valley views. It has an A/C unit, a queen size bed and a separate sitting/reading area. The main floor full bath also boasts brand new fixtures, tile, and tub/shower combo.
Looking for relaxing nights at the cottages? There is a bonus detached games room for children and adults to enjoy, featuring a foosball table, an arcade style basketball game, and darts for kids and adults. Or you can roast marshmallows on one of the two fire pits.
If you are looking for more adventurous things to do, Cavendish is only 15 minutes away where you can find world class golf courses, restaurants, fun parks, beaches and all amenities, and much more! You can also stay closer to “home” and avoid the crowds. Yankee Hill is our favourite secret beach (shh!) only 10 minutes away.
