Beautiful two floor apartment recently refurbished, in the last floor of one of the best condos in Puerto Madero.
You are going to feel just like home but with all the confort of a hotel!
The apartment has on the lower level a dining room with a table for four people and a cool bar. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, toaster, nesspresso with complementary capsules, fridge, kitchen utensils). If you want to watch a movie we have a 50' inches Smart TV & WIFI Zone and, of course, a comfortable couch.
This level also has a toilet and a balcony with a great view of the complex yard and pool.
Oh the second floor you will find a bedroom with a king size bed ( since they are 2 beds joined you can also separate them), a complete bathroom and a bright window. The room as a big wardrobe with shelves. You will be provieded with linens and towels.
The apartment has air conditioners in every room.

Hermoso departamento de 2 pisos, en la mejor locacin de Buenos Aires.

Remodelado y hecho totalmente a nuevo, en el ultimo piso de uno de los mas lindos condominios de Puerto Madero, el departamento cuenta en la planta baja con una barra y una mesa para 4 personas. La cocina se encuentra muy bien equipada: Microondas-Tostadora-Pava Elctrica-Utencillos-Nesspreso (con capsulas!). Podrn disfrutar de una pelcula o de su serie favorita ya que contamos con un televisor Smart de 50 pulgadas y WIFI de alta velocidad, junto con un muy cmodo silln de dos cuerpos. Tambin dispondrn de un parlante bluetooth. En esta misma planta contamos con un toillet y un balcn terraza, el cual ofrece una panormica vista al parque del complejo como a sus dos piletas.
En la planta alta encontraran un cuarto ms que espacioso con bao completo, el cual cuenta con una cama KING Size (2mts X 2 mts) y un luminoso ventanal. La cama bien puede dividirse en dos camas de una plaza y media. Se proporcionara ropa de cama y toallas.
Por su parte el placard cuenta tanto con un barral como con estantes los cuales sern ms que suficientes para ordenar toda su ropa.
El departamento cuenta con Aire Acondicionado en ambas plantas.
