Summary: Very nice people at front desk, room was SPOTLESS.....excellent location and property grounds were beautiful. Beds were comfy and room was quaintly appointed. On the downside, we could not use the chairs sitting on the porch of our room because of the two chain smokers sitting on porch next to us all night, not the property managers fault but maybe there should be a smoking area away from the rooms. Would have been nice to have some chairs to sit in near the river.....but overall satisfied
