Summary: The house needs a thorough deep cleaning. And de-cluttering. The vast supply of groceries in the fridge- it limited what we could use for our own items. If you don’t want to buy your own food, there is plenty on stock here. The walls and all the switches all need a good scrub. There were several dried buggers on multiple walls. A gross living room area. Uncomfortable couch and beds. The access is problematic- only being able to use the back door didn’t fit well with us. The sticky notes all over the house- tacky. Tons of leftover clothes and shoes in the closets. The yard- not what is in the pictures. We rented the place for a backyard for our dogs. The owner worked with us and made a make-shift potty area. It still wasn’t what we expected. But made due. This place has potential, but really needs better cleaning.
