NO more than 6 Vehicles Allowed Due to the city ordinances. 6. NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS!NO. This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. 7. Pets are allowed with prior owner approval and a fee. There is a pet fee - please ask me how much. Bringing a pet without the owner pre- approval may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine. If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, you will be reported to your booking Channel and required to leave the property immediately without refund. For your protection, like any hotel, we have 4 security cameras in the front yard and 2 security cameras in the backyard covering the outside premises. Special Facilities on property: Swimming Pool, Hot tub, Exercise Equipment. Use of the Special Facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. Drowning 2. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool and/or Exercise equipment. 3. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the Special Facilities areas. 4. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding 5.
