Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. On the first day, there was no water due to maintenance work, and no alternative solution was provided during that time. On the second day, the air conditioning stopped working, and there was no prompt action taken to resolve the issue. We understand that unexpected problems can happen, but we expected better communication and a quicker response to ensure a comfortable stay.
