Enjoy ocean views and gorgeous sunsets without leaving the house. Stroll to the 2 beaches directly across from the house. Our beach house is located 3 miles north of Bodega Bay in a quiet, friendly community called Carmet. The house is located directly across the street from Carmet Beach. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The remodeled kitchen and great room both have unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean! The great room has a cozy fireplace and a large flat screen TV in the living room perfect for watching Sunday football plus flat screen TV's in both bedrooms. It has hardwood floors and a large backyard. Walk in either direction for 2 to 5 minutes to enjoy three great beaches – Marshall Gulch Beach, Carmet Beach, and Schoolhouse Beach. A short drive to the town of Bodega provides excellent dining – Lucas Wharf and The Tides are two favorites. Wine tasting, horseback riding, golf, spa, and fishing are all minutes away. The quaint town of Occidental is only a 15-minute scenic drive away for antique and gift shopping. The amazing River's End restaurant in Jenner is a short 15 minute drive North. Nearby Goat Rock State Park at the mouth of Russian River is a great place for seal watching during the 'pupping season' and rock climbing as well. The house has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed and 3 flat screen, smart TVs.
