The house is north facing with lots of sunlight, warm and nice overlook over Long Bay with a tiny sea view. Walking distance to Long Bay beach, Torbay shops, restaurants and supermarkets, bushwalks and public transport are just down the road.
The house is up the driveway with car parking, very private overlooking Long Bay.

There is a little tropical garden and a deck upstairs for relaxing, both are very sunny all day and at night great for a BBQ and a wine on the deck.
