Condo sleeps 6 adults in 3 sleeping rooms including the 3rd floor loft.
Main living area on the 2nd floor features a remote ready gas fireplace, plush leather couches, a 50"+ SMART TV with surround sound, Blu-Ray, Cable and movies.
Dining area for 6 in addition to breakfast bar seating for 3. Dining area is adjacent to a modest deck with forest views and a bistro table for 2 in the summer.
The chef's kitchen has Granite countertops and new stainless appliances including a smooth surface range plus 2-door oven with a pizza-size section, dishwasher, French door with bottom freezer refrigerator unit with water dispenser inside door and over-the-range microwave. Everything necessary for a great home cooked meal!
This main level also has a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The top floor loft overlooks the living area below and has a Lodgepole Pyramid bunk with full/double below and a twin up top + another single twin bed, large closet and a TV w/Blu-Ray player (no cable).
The entry level of this townhome hosts the 2 primary bedrooms, laundry closet with unitized washer and dryer and another full bathroom. Accessible from both the lower hallway and inside the primary suite via pocket door, this Jack-n-Jill bathroom offers an oversized, tiled walk-in shower. The spacious master houses a new pillowtop Cal- King bed, two large closets, TV (charter cable remote functions tv) with DVD (coming soon) and access to a second private deck looking out to the woods.
The front bedroom contains a cozy queen bed with plush bedding, flat-screen TV with DVD (coming soon) and large mirrored closet doors.
Community amenities include 2 hot tubs* and a community "lodge" with arcade games and pool table. Located within walking distance of Patton Beach, Garwoods and the Old Post Office Café.
