Summary: The backyard of this place is really nice. There's a hot tub (doesn't get very warm) a swimming pool, but it was too cold to use it. There are FOUR bedrooms in this house...there are TWO chairs outside, there are only Four chairs inside. I can't understand how someone can rent a place with a pool, yet leave the tenants without any place to sit.The neighborhood is nice. Unfortunately, the Palm Springs landing and departure runaways go within a few hundred feet of the house. Be prepared to be awaken at 5:30...every day.The kitchen was OK, except for a sink that looks like it has been used for 20-30 years. Scummy almost. There are four TVS. Only two of them worked when we arrived. Vacasa, the rental agency, took care of that very quickly and painlessly. All in all, I fel like I was living in a house where the owner couldn't have care less about their renter, only making a quick buck. I cannot recommend this to anyone.
