This comfortable and stylish townhouse is in the heart of golf and wine country and provides the perfect year round getaway for anyone that wants to relax in Northern MI. You are minutes from the best Northern Michigan beaches, bike paths, hiking, wineries, dunes, and golf courses - Manitou Passage Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and The Old Course at Sugar Loaf.

This townhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - king suite, queen suite and loft with full size bed. Close to wineries, bike trails, hiking trails, casinos, and within a 20 mile radius to Leelanau County's charming small towns of Glen Arbor, Leland, Sutton's Bay and 30 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Our townhouse, next to the former Sugar Loaf ski resort, is located next to two public golf courses - The Old Course and Manitou Passage.
The spacious Master bedroom has a King size bed, LCD TV, closet and dresser. The Private Master Bath offers full size shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, open closet and dresser to make your stay more comfortable. This bedroom also offers a private bathroom, and full size Shower/tub. The third bedroom is located at the top of the spiral staircase in the loft with a full size bed and operable sunroof. The third bedroom also has a full size bathroom with shower and tub located off the kitchen. Linens and towels provided.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, oven/electric range, microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen has cherry cabinets with beautiful granite countertops and a wine chiller. The deck off the kitchen has a gas grill and some outdoor chairs to enjoy your coffee outside. Air conditioning available in kitchen area.
The spacious family room has cathedral ceilings and is decorated with a full size leather couch and chairs, an LCD TV, cable, DVD, a beautiful natural wood burning fireplace, ceiling fan, and a closet full of cards and board games.

Summary: The renters were exceptional! We rented for a 4 day vacation to enjoy nature & visit the wineries. The location is close to everything, 20 minute drive to Traverse City. We found new restaurants we hadn't been to before even after visiting the area for 20 years. Well appointed kitchen, soft towels, board games, natural fireplace & lots of charm.
