It offers gracious but unpretentious living that is perfect for a vacationing family wanting to relax or to entertain. Besides being moments from town and slopes, you can enjoy the use of the Big Wood pool and tennis courts in the summer. This is a favorite for summer or winter! Central Air Conditioning throughout the first and second floors of home except for the main level master. A potable ac unit is provided if needed.
As you enter into the foyer, you will be drawn into the light filled living room that is warm and inviting with rich textures in furniture and carpets. It has two large seating areas that offer family and friends plenty of room to lounge, listen to music or watch TV. Curl up, relax and unwind in front of the large wood burning fireplace. This sumptuous room will be perfect for entertaining, or to just lounge after a day of outdoor adventures.
The sun filled kitchen is fully equipped to fulfill every chef’s dream. It has a center island that creates a cozy, warm ambiance where family and friends can gather while the chef creates culinary creations. The dining room being steps away has a large trestle table and cozy bench with plenty of seating for 8 or more. This is perfect for entertaining or just sharing some of life’s simple pleasures.
Just off the dining room, is an expansive yet secluded patio that is bursting with lush surroundings and colorful flowering pots. Have a barbeque while you enjoy magnificent Baldy views.
