Positive: The location was excellent. There was no breakfast.
Negative: Some of the baking pans were dirty and there were many drawers and closets full of tools and personal items in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There was Round Up and a sprayer being stored on the floor in the bathroom utility closet. This is a dangerous chemical that should not be stored in the house and we had a toddler with us, which made this especially disturbing. Also the entire west wall was windows, which gave a wonderful view, but there were only blinds installed on the lower levels of windows. My husband went out after dark and looked at the house from the street and could clearly see everything happening in the loft. The loft had two beds and a bathtub in it, which was amazing, but anyone using them could clearly be viewed from the street.
Summary: Unusual house right on the ocean. We loved the claw foot tub and loft.
