Enjoy your own private paradise in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located directly on the beach and steps away from beautiful coral reefs. Relax on the screened porch equipped with rocking chairs and hammock or on the upper deck of the dock which provides fabulous views of the sunsets over the gorgeous, clear, blue-green sea.
The house has everything you will need during your stay. Just bring your swimsuit and toothbrush!
The kitchen has a water cooler, blender (for those tropical frozen drinks), toaster, coffee maker, water bottles, large selection of pots and pans, flatware, and dishes. A small cooler is provided for trips to water cay or other adventures.
The master suite has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have queen size beds, ceiling fans; and air conditioning. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are all provided. Laundry service is available for longer stays.
No need to go anywhere to snorkel, there is a reef in front of the house. Included in the rental is 2 kayaks (1 double and 1 single), as well as water floats and snorkeling gear. Inside the house are a large selection of games and books for you to enjoy.
We can arrange fishing trips with a private fishing guide - either deep sea or fly fishing. Or if you just want fresh fish delivered to the dock - that can be arranged!
The house is a short 20-minute boat ride from Utila town which we can arrange as the beach house has access by boat only. A phone will also be provided at the house to reach us at any time for any questions or needs you may have.
