Well located building in the heart of Jatiúca beach. Equipped with wheelchair accessibility and 1 parking space in the basement. Furnished apartment of high standard. There is ceiling fan in the room to refresh the environment and air conditioned 12,000 BTUs in all rooms to withstand the heat of Maceio.
There are two suites and one single bedroom. In the bedrooms there are clean bed linens and in the bathrooms new bath towels. In the kitchen, ample space for cooking with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, gallon of mineral water and cabinets with utensils.
