Apartment Kastanienblick with fireplace and balcony On the upper floor of the former farmhouse, our apartment Kastanienblick is located directly on the village street with old chestnut trees. The apartment offers with approx. 117 sqm up to 5 guests a cozy holiday home and extends over 3 floors. From the entrance on the ground floor can be reached via a staircase to the first floor with living room, two bedrooms and kitchen, dining room and bathroom. In the attic there is another sheep room. In the living room with TV, the crackling fire in the stove gives you cozy warmth on cool evenings. The leather corner sofa can be bedded if required for 1 person (lying area 125 * 190 cm). In the passage bedroom offers a single bed (90 * 200 cm) with a large closet a cozy place to sleep for a guest. It adjoins the bedroom with double bed (180 * 200 cm). A space-saving staircase leads to the bedroom under the roof with four-poster bed (140 * 200 cm). For small children and handicapped guests the staircase is not well suited. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has an adjoining dining room with corner seat and is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher and induction cooker, crockery and cutlery. When the weather is fine, you'll want to sit comfortably on the approx. 25 m² balcony, which you reach from the corridor. From here you have a wonderful view of the old chestnut trees. On the large enclosed grounds you have a total of three terraces for recreation. You can play table tennis, spring or play volleyball and have breakfast in fine weather in the fresh air or use the beautiful summer evenings for grilling here. On our fireplace, you can enjoy the evening with a crackling fire in favorable weather. The wood is ready. Upon your arrival are on request for a one-time surcharge of 12 euros per guest, the beds already with sheets and fresh towels are ready. Note: Laundry drying and ironing options are available. The washing machine of the landlord can be used for a fee.

On our fireplace or in the fire bowl, you can finish the evening by a crackling fire in favorable weather. We provide firewood for free! The large, fenced property with the daisy-meadow, swings, seesaw, slide and plenty of space is ideal for your children. You can play table tennis, feather or volleyball here. You can park your car on the property and your bicycles will find a safe place in a weather-protected location. A cozy atmosphere on 3 levels awaits you in our apartment "Kastanienblick" for up to 5 people on approximately 117 m² with balcony. Maritime flair in Scandinavian country house style invites our guests to spend their holidays in our apartment "Wiesenblick". Up to 6 people will find a quiet, cozy accommodation on about 75 m² with terrace. In the former "hayloft" of the farmhouse you can spend your holiday in a small apartment for up to 4 people on approximately 56 m².
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
