This exclusive country house is located in one of the most magical enclaves of the island.
The house has a main house distributed on two floors. On the lower floor there is a reception room and a library, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a living room with open concept kitchen and dining room, 2 bedrooms, one of them with dressing room and a bathroom.
Attached to the house we have a leisure area with heated swimming pool, ping-pong table, trampoline of 3.5 m diameter, games room, barbecue and wood oven. The leisure area also has a complete bathroom, kitchen and pantry. Additionally, the property features a football pitch, a basketball court and a minigolf course.
The pool can be heated, provided that you give at least 3 days notice, also has an area of 1.5 meters around non-slip floor, but the rest of the surface can slip if you walk with wet feet, be careful not to slip.
In the front gardens of the house we have numerous playgrounds for children with swings and a pond surrounded by lush vegetation. From the front garden you can see the adjoining farm, and Manolo, the farm staff, will be happy to assist them and solve any questions or problems that may arise.
Parties are not allowed, smoking is prohibited throughout the property. If you are a smoker, please smoke only outside.
In the upper area there is a playground for children and several rest areas.
In all the farm we respect the principles of organic farming, being all the land free of artificial fertilizers and pesticides for more than 20 years.
50 meters from the farm is the Club Hípico los Brezos, where you can go for a horseback ride through the Laurisilva forest area.
The farm has 2 cats. You should always close the doors of the house and leisure area when leaving, as the cats take advantage of any carelessness to take over the beds of the guests.
We carry out selective waste collection throughout the farm and we compensate our carbon footprint by planting trees on a regular basis.
The water used to maintain the gardens comes mainly from rainwater collection.
Around the farm there is an excellent gastronomic offer where you can taste typical Canarian dishes: El Bosque Restaurant, El Empedrado Restaurant, or typical Spanish food at Casa Valencia Restaurant.
