Summary: There are issues with this property all of which as single entities wouldn't have been a problem. However as a collective it needs to be addressed. We arrived at 2.30 pm (check in was from 2pm) and were advised that we would be met on arrival. There were several people in the villa, doing jobs. There was rubbish, paint pots & rollers, bin bags, linens on the floor, the pool was dirty & a difficulty in communication as to what was going on. A male arrived and they asked us to give them an hour, which we willingly accepted. On our return, the property was ready and here starts the list of niggles. The bathrooms smelt of paint which lingered for several days. The towels were obviously very old and worn,( but clean). The shower screens and doors didn't fit properly, which caused massive flooding. One toilet roll holder was unusable One of the bath panels was rotten. There was no sink plug in another. In the kitchen, the microwave and hob lights didn't work, the sink plug was useless.There wasn't sufficient cutlery for the amount of guests, the blender didn't work and there was a lack of kitchen crockery. There were no pegs. There wasn't enough patio chairs to eat outside. The pool dropped about 8 inches of water a day so we had to keep refilling it. The wifi was iffy and didn't work in the bedrooms, and we had to contact the host 3 times to get it re set to get any service at all. It wasn't the exact villa in the picture, but similar. It was poor presentation and seemed half done
