Valetta is a beautiful Victorian house in a pretty private road tucked away on the edge of a conservation area in Havant. The house is within walking distance of the railway station which is a mainline to London Victoria and Waterloo.
The house is perfect blend of charming period features and every modern convenience you would need to to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Entering the house there is a lovely cosy sitting room to the front of the house with plenty of comfortable seating, a wood burning stove and a large smart TV. The perfect place to snuggle down in the evening and relax.
Through to the back on the house there is a fabulous kitchen, dining,sitting area which looks straight out onto the garden. This bright and sunny room is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining, the kitchen is very well equipped to make self catering very easy including gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, airfryer, moca maker, dishwasher and kettle and an instant boiling water tap. There is a large wall mounted TV in the dining area and the SONOS sound system. There is also an iron and ironing board. Outside and to the rear of the summer house there is a utility area with washing machine and tumble drier for guests to use.
The garden room to the bottom of the garden has two double sofa beds, 4 guests can share this area and there is a WC. This room has its own wifi and there is large TV, a Wii and an Xbox which guests are more than welcome to use.
Back into the main house and upstairs to the first floor you will find two double bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a double bed, plus a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Up again to the second floor there is a beautiful super king room with an en suite shower room.
The garden to the rear is walled and paved with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine.
There is parking opposite the house for three cars.

Valetta is within a quiet residential area only a matter of minutes walk from Havant town centre, which provides all the common high street stores, an open air market, Waitrose and a number of coffee shops. The property is adjacent to The Billy Line which is the old railway line onto Hayling Island which is now a well know cycle path and walk...follow this path to two fabulous pubs at Langstone!
Hayling Island is a 5 minute drive away across the Langstone harbour bridge and is a quaint seaside resort with a light railway, fabulous walks, golf, riding, funfair, tennis, swimming, water sports, Olympic sailing club and fishing. If you wanted to do something a little different why not book a seal watching boat trip!
Other local tourist attractions include HMS Victory, HMS Warrior & The Mary Rose Museum at Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays with its excellent shopping, the Roman archaeological site of Fishbourne, Staunton Country Park, Weald and Downland open air museum, home to The Repair Shop, at Singleton.
