The bay windows of the lounges are fully open on the bioclimatic pergola and the 4X10 pool. the floors of the house and terraces are of the same marble. The heating or cooling is done by the ground. on the ground floor is also the large suite of 60m2 with dressing room, bathroom, direct access to the pool. We also find on the ground floor an office, a laundry, a bathroom, guest toilet.
At the first around the passageway 1 suite with dressing room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms dressing room and bathroom. The 1st floor is equipped with air conditioning.
