Via Francigena Cottage is a completely independent one level house surrounded by a large garden for the exclusive use of guests: the ideal solution for a relaxing vacation in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, a short distance from the famous Via Francigena and other trails to be discovered on foot or by bicycle, also excellent starting point for more classic excursions and visits to the beauty of Tuscany.
The entrance leads, on the right, to the living room-kitchen area, which has a comfortable angular sofa for reading a book or watching TV, a wooden table with chairs for all guests and a classic Tuscan-style display case.
From the living room you pass directly to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishes, American coffee machine and moka coffee maker, to enjoy the taste of Italian coffee style.
The kitchen leads directly to the equipped part of the garden. In spring and summertime the garden is furnished with BBQ, table and chairs allowing guests to have alfresco meals.

Back inside the house, to the left of the entrance are the two bedrooms: the first with two separate beds, equipped with a large wardrobe and bedside tables and a private bathroom complete with washbasin, bidet and shower, accessed directly from the room.
The second is a double bedroom, also full equipped as the second bathroom accessible from outside the room. All the rooms overlook the large garden that entirely surrounds the house.
On request, it is possible to organize cooking classes, a private chef service and bicycle rental!
