In the commune of Grosseto-Prugna, we are offering this charming 30 m² flat + 70 m² terrace, air-conditioned, with sea and scrubland views and a shared swimming pool, for rent in a small, confidential residence. Located on the first floor (on the upper ground floor of a residence), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom with storage for 2 people, a shower room (with toilet), and you can enjoy a garden shared with the residence as well as a very nice private terrace with plants and a pergola. The flat is ideally designed to comfortably accommodate 2 travellers, with the kitchen (fridge capacity and grocery storage) designed for 2 people. However, 2 extra people can be accommodated in reduced comfort, thanks to the sofa bed in the main room, which can be used as an extra bed. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
