This stylish and modernized victorian home is perfect for family gatherings or group trips. The historic charm remains but with fully updated and modernized facilities to make your stay comfortable. There are ample indoor and outdoor areas for gathering, dining and relaxing, including two levels of deep wrap around porches and a large private patio. Just a 4 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk or center of town. The neighboring beach towns of Asbury Park and Beach Haven offer additional variety.
The space
The house has central air conditioning throughout, controlled in two zones. The central heating combines forced air and radiators. Temperature can be adjusted on each level of the house. Additionally the kitchen floor and one bathroom floor are heated.
1st floor
The 1st floor features a relatively open living plan for a Victorian house, there are no bedrooms on the 1st floor.
Foyer
The front door opens into a large foyer with stairs to the second floor and access to the Living and Dining rooms
Living room
Off the foyer, the living room is furnished with a large welcoming sectional, electric fireplace and 65" smart TV with a connected sound system.
Dinning room
With a large table sitting 10, and a cosy sofa at one end of the room for two. There is a glass doored closet with some books and games to enjoy.
Kitchen
A spacious chefs kitchen open to the dinning room and with a breakfast nook sitting 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, two fan ovens, microwave, gas range/cooktop, kettle and drip coffee machine. The kitchen door opens to a small deck and access to the large paver patio and 1st floor porch.
Butler’s pantry/wet bar
Conveniently located between dinning room and living room where you will find espresso machine, glassware, bartender tools as well as an additional dishwasher.
Bathroom 1
Full bathroom with a shower. The bathroom has an external door accessing the 1st floor porch which is very convenient for washing off sand after a visit to the beach or just a quick restroom break while enjoying the beach! It’s just a few minutes walk away!
Laundry room
The laundry room connects the dining room to bathroom 1. The room has a washer and dryer and large closet housing cleaning items.

King bedroom with two walk-in closets, a door to the second level porch and a view of the ocean.

Cozy room with a table for chess, backgammon, checkers, card games and a kitchenette with refrigerator for drinks and snacks on hand. Next to this room is another access to the second floor porch as well as stairs to the third floor.
3rd floor
Bedroom 3
King bedroom with an electric fireplace and view of the ocean. This room has an open en-suite plan with a full bathroom with shower and a bathtub open to the bedroom area. This is bathroom 4 of the house.
Bedroom 4
Two twin beds.
Bedroom 3 and 4 do have their own doors opening to the hallway, additionally there is a connecting door between 3 and 4 ( ideal for parents with small children interested in direct connection of the bedrooms)

Queen bedroom with walk-in closet.

Full bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and a heated floor. Located in the hallway opposite bedrooms 4 and 5.
Outdoor living space
The house has two levels of deep porches furnished for relaxation, dining, or watching Ocean Grove life go by and enjoying unobstructed views of the ocean and Fletcher Lake from the second level especially.
On the side of the house, protected from the wind and street, is a rare for Ocean Grove large brick paver patio for additional outdoor sitting and dining.
