The house is situated on a small hill that gives a cool summer breeze over the plot and pool. You get to the house by cozy and picturesque roads leading trough orange groves. It is located just outside the peaceful village of Barxeta , with some shops, restaurants and nice people. In Xativa, the former capital of the province of Valencia and only 9 kilometers away you can find all a city can offer. From the house you can see the castle flooded with light in the night.
The area has no polluting or noisy factories etc. nearby, and almost no traffic. It has a fantastic walking area in the immediate vicinity.
Originally this was a charming Spanish orange and vine farm, today it turned into a resort. Here is outdoor area for football, badminton, Boccia and large areas where one can relax in the sun. Here is almost 320 sunny days a year!
It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Valencia with all the opportunities that are there. Facilities in the area for golf, mountain and road cycling, beaches, hike in orange grove. Walking in green beautiful areas all year round, safe and sound.
